According to news reports, Paris Hilton at one time wanted breasts implants. Wonder what made her change her mind because that was not in the reports. To me she is a little flat chested so if she would have went through with having these celebrity nipples enlarged just think about all of the great footage we all could be enjoying instead of the pictures we see now.
